Every product we make is made by hand, in our solar-powered studio in Nottingham, New Hampshire. We run on the sun. We distill our hydrosols using solar energy. And we make in micro-batches — not for marketing reasons, but because small batches allow the care, attention, and intention that large-scale production simply cannot.
The method matters as much as the ingredients.
Why We Make in Micro-Batches
Scale asks a formula to compromise. Heat processing to speed up infusion. Standardized inputs to guarantee uniformity. Automated steps to keep pace with volume. Every one of those trade-offs costs the formula something — and none of them are visible on a label.
Staying small means we never have to make that trade. A micro-batch can be watched, smelled, and adjusted by hand at every stage — which is the only way a Living Formula stays alive from infusion to bottle.
