Cleansing & Purifying our skin is the first step to acheive healthy skin and we consider it the most important. We strongly believe that cleansing should never strip the skin of her biological defense such as lipids, acids, healthy bacteria and skin cells that aren't ready to turn over. This is why we don't include surfactants, foaming agents or other synthetic performance enhancing addatives.
Plant oils are extremely effective at attracting and pulling impurities from our skin, which is why we formulated two cleansing oils from whole plants and carefully chosen lipid-rich oils that never harm the skin barrier. Our Powdered cleanser has been formulated similarly, with whole plants which nurture while gently purify. Preserving the skin barrier encourages fewer signs of inflammation, acne and improves overall skin healthy by supporting our skin's biological defense system.
